Each Thursday I have respite from our Age Care Provider, usually we spend time gardening beforehand, then two hours out. Today garden was in order.

We began my three hours with a walk in Centennial Park.

Had to search for the car but did find it once we remembered which of the many gates we entered by, discovered that we had left our windows down. Luckily all still present.

With time to spare I had thought about a walk about Coogee beach.

A lack of Parking saw us drive to St. Marks Park where I took the photos.

Cov-19 has struck again because Respite Head Office has ruled the return to even stricter restrictions than Lock down. So only 2 hours per week respite care for me, in house, no going out and no shopping service.

That’s life.
